The WooCommerce team released a small security and fix release this week. It includes some security improvements for SelectWoo as well as other minor bug fixes. Highly recommended that you verify and deploy right away.
We deployed Gutenberg 8.3 to our verification sites when it was released last week. Generally seems pretty stable, but we did find some issues.

We hit a big issue with the Gutenberg 8.3 update. The support team at Yoast helped us to identify the cause as a Gutenberg experiments setting, but we should have caught it first.
The WordPress 5.4.2 Security and Maintenance Release is now available. It corrects a bug that allows spammers to index in search engines results pages comments that are still awaiting moderation.
The WooCommerce team announced the availability of WooCommerce 4.1.1 yesterday. This is a security and fix release. It is highly recommended to apply the release as soon as possible.
