Block Editor

The Wordpress Block Editor is designed to operate in "full screen" mode so you can focus on content creation. Do you prefer this or do you prefer to have the editing controls visible?

The core team has laid out the plan for Wordpress 5.7, the next release of the Wordpress platform. It is targeted for release in March 2021. Matt Mullenweg will be the release lead.

Wordpress 5.6 was released today. This is a major release of the Wordpress core platform. We are doing a verification of the production release on our company sites today. Overall, a solid update to the platform, but not one that delivers much from a functionality perspective to non-developers.

One of the areas we are very focused on here at Outcome Labs is maintaining a reliable, repeatable workflow. One area we are focused on is what we will use to provide page-level layouts with the Wordpress Block Editor.
